The challenge
Returning to work after a break is daunting. The product had to feel encouraging, not like another rejection machine.
The approach
I designed flows that surface relevant roles and internships, framed around the user's strengths rather than the gap on their résumé.
The outcome
A platform that reframes a career break as a restart.
