Enrich Labs provides real-time data-enrichment APIs for people and companies. As founding designer I shaped the entire developer-facing product, from the API dashboard to documentation and onboarding.

The challenge
Developers judge an API platform in minutes. The setup flow was unclear, and too many never reached their first successful call.
The approach
I designed the platform around a clear mental model of input, enrichment and export, and built an API key management and testing playground so developers could check responses without friction. The design system spanned 10+ modules including billing, analytics and user management.
The outcome
Developer onboarding time dropped 30% (measured in PostHog), with fewer support requests and faster activation.
