The challenge
Feedback tools often feel clinical. Wrenly needed an identity warm and trustworthy enough that teams would actually want to engage with it.
The approach
I built a brand system covering logo, colour, type and creative direction, then carried it into product surfaces and marketing so the experience felt consistent end to end.
The outcome
A cohesive identity that positions Wrenly as a friendly, approachable layer on top of a sensitive workplace problem.
