The challenge

Sales coaching is inconsistent and hard to scale. Practice, live-call review and deal insight usually live in separate tools, so reps rarely get a tight feedback loop.

The approach

I designed an experience that connects the full coaching loop: ICP-aware roleplays, auto-scored live calls, and a manager view that surfaces readiness and deal risk in one place.
